- Choices in Borosilicate : The last article I wrote "Where's the Pyrex" set a series of events into motion. Among some of the feedback, I received a call from a person who is a supplier of Kimble Glass stating that I should consider using Kimax. My reaction was somewhere between disinterest and disbelief.
- AT THE LAMP - After a brief hiatus I am back! Hope you all did not miss me too terribly!
- Contemporary Lampworking - 2nd Edition: At long last, Bandhu Scott Dunham's excellent book, "Contemporary Lampworking" has been published in its second edition.
- New Torch: Chris Cmack from Carlisle Machine Works sent me a new pre-mix burner they have developed for testing. This burner, called a High-Capacity Torch.
- GAS - Japan: The 28th annual Glass Art Society conference will be held the last four days of May in faraway Seto, Japan. It is the first time that GAS has held its conference overseas, but not the last.
- Summer Lampworking Classes and Workshops: The summer flameworking workshop schedule is taking shape.
- MICKELSEN STUDIOS: has scheduled two Spring Flameworking workshops, an intermediate class and an advanced class.

- Latest Video from Crystal Myths The tapes are done in the style we have come to expect from Wilson. The video is clear and easy to watch. The editing is like good editing should be, that is, there is no evidence of it in the final result.
